Return Policy for customers located in the USA
Kenuth Ebikes wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the product. We understand, unforeseen circumstances may require product return. Should this occur, our policies are outlined as below:
Requirements for parts and pieces (EXCLUDES complete Electric Bikes)
Within 30 Days – You must request a return within 30 days of the product being shipped to you. Returns must be approved and shipped back within the 30 day period. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Include original packaging and product in new condition – Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. Kenuth Ebikes may reject returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during shipment.
Requirements for complete Electric Bikes
If you must return an electric bike, please be advised of the following guidelines:
Pre-Order – There is no cancellation fee if your order is canceled 30 days PRIOR to the expected shipping date. If within the 30 day window of the expected shipping date, a 10% restocking fee may be applied.
Within 7 Days – You must request a return within 7 days of the product being shipped to you. Returns must be approved and shipped back within 7 days of approval. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Includes original packaging and product in new condition – Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. Kenuth Ebikes may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
Product must be in new condition – Any signs of wear, use, or mileage may void the return.
